Universal Unique Identifier (UUID):

.e4’s portal makes troubleshooting our service a breeze by offering the industry’s most verbose reporting utility.  Calls that process to and from your account, (origination or termination) are assigned a universal unique identifier which can be viewed in the CDR record.

Obtaining the UUID is simple, to do so, please follow these steps.  If you are having trouble please create a ticket at any time or contact our support team.

Troubleshooting a recent call:

  1. log in to the .e4SIP portal
  2. click CDR from the top bar menu
  3. click recent calls accordion tab
  4. locate call from the CDR record
  5. click quality% button located on the right
  6. click the call inquiry button to submit report.

Troubleshooting a call from the downloadable CDR report:

  1. log in to the .e4SIP portal
  2. click CDR from the top bar menu
  3. click Download CDR accordion tab
  4. designate a time frame for the CDR record (.zip format)
  5. open CDR zip file in your favorite editor
  6. locate call in the CDR record
  7. locate Call UUID
  8. copy Call UUID to clipboard
  9. queury UUID with the following format – https://portal.e4sip.com/a/uuid/[Call-UUID]/
  10. click the call inquiry button to submit report
