Step 1- Open a Ticket:
.e4 customers can create tickets by emailing the ticket system directly at support(at)e4llc.zendesk.com or by creating a ticket in our dashboard. If you aren’t sure what your password is please select the (Help! I don’t know what to enter here!) link. It will be reset.

Customers with Centurion support can reach our after hours team 24X7 to resolve emergency issues by calling 877-434-8647. Please have your Centiuron access code ready.
